Refunds for Plans
We are unable to provide refunds for plans purchased. Within the 15 day period, at our discretion, we may provide store credit if the service purchased was by mistake. Please contact a member of our team immediately either by phone at (587) 887-1712 or by email at billing@adaptx.ca.

Payment Declined
Automatically reoccurring payments that are declined will automatically be recharged the next business day. You will be informed by email if your payment method on file was unsuccessful. By signing up to a monthly plan, you agree to allow AdaptX to charge a different payment method on file if your default payment method fails. If we are unable to receive a payment within 7 days, your account access will be blocked along with all services currently active (including email). You may also receive a call from a member of our team regarding your account status and the various payment options available.

Accounts that are blocked for non-payment will be charged a reactivation fee of $50.00 CAD at the time of activation.

Note that blocked accounts will need to be reactivated before they can be transferred. AdaptX reserves the right to deny future service agreements to accounts (i) not in good standing.

Business Cards

Business Cards – Satisfaction Guaranteed
AdaptX provides a 100% satisfaction guarantee for business cards. If business cards purchased do not exceed your expectations, they can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days. Note that all purchased cards will need to be returned before AdaptX can accept any refund request.

Note: 100% satisfaction applies to business card quality and printing. It is the requirement of the client to approve all business card designs before they are sent for printing. Refund requests due to a change in design will be denied. Please ensure that all information is correct prior to approving designs.
