Barrell Rye Batch 003Barrell Rye Batch 003 is a mix of rye whiskies from Indiana, Poland, Tennessee and Canada, featuring a selection of 4 , 6 , and 14 year old barrels. The team started with Tennessee rye barrels with caramel and dried fruit notes and then added the Polish rye for its nuttiness and mouthfeel. They then layered in the 13 year Canadian rye to bring out earthy notes. The Indiana rye was for balance.
