Left to rest and age in ex bourbon barrels and ex sherry butts for 16 to 18 years, it showcases its classic and true Islay character through a window of tropical fruits and coastal freshness. Overall you will find citrus, tropical fruits, coastal brine and smoke. The nose showcases grapefruit mixed amongst notes of brown sugar. A hint of charcoal smoke with baked lemons
