Fermented at controlled temperatures of 1822C without skin contact, this wine is aged to achieve a balanced and approachable style, ready to enjoy upon bottling. Winemaking Aged for an average of three years, a portion of the wine is matured in wood to develop rich, nutty complexity, while the remainder is kept unwooded to preserve freshness and vibrant fruit character.
