Due to the nature of 3d printing small surface defects are possible, but all efforts will go into minimizing these. This filter fit perfectly! I have a 2023 Civic Touring with about 25,000 miles. I bought it new with 2 years of service, and when I went to the dealer for my last free oil change they wanted to charge me $135 to replace my engine air filter and my cabin air filter. Ouch! I have replaced air filters before so I knew it would be a fairly easy job. I was done in about 5 minutes and the filter material is as good as the original Honda filter I replaced.
