You're going to need to install this block off plate to block the factory blow off valve port. This block plate does not come with a gasket, and you will need to use red RTV sealant to seal this piece to the turbo port. Worth the price.

Only on one side. I use with cooling pillow slip and it helps. I like the thickness and density compared to the pricey Columbia pillows. But Columbia has better outer materials and is cool on both sides.
