This is my second bottle, and I’ve been happy with it so far. I tend to stick with brands I trust, and I appreciate that this one is made in the USA and does third-party testing. It gives me a little more confidence in what I’m actually taking.
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that you get a higher dosage in just two capsules. I take mine at night as part of my routine and I never experience any after taste.
Overall, it’s been a good, consistent product for me, and I plan to continue using it.

Cinnamon

I bought these for my brother who is a diabetic, he takes a couple capsules. Every time his blood sugar gets too high, and he swears by him says it always helps lower his blood sugar. Giveing him some peace of mind. I have bought several bottles of this cinnamon from Amazon for him already. It was a great price, the quality of the cinnamon is great as well.

A Deep Exhale in This Hard Life

I have found so much hope in these pages. Knowing I'm praying alongside others is really sweet and powerful reminder that I'm not alone. I'm glad liturgies seem to be a spiritual practice more are clinging to in the church in America. Life is hard, and these prayers are beautiful and rich and helpful in praying when you just can't find the words or if you want some structure in starting or ending the day. I love the prayers for the holidays, I love the breath prayers, and I love the invitation these words are into a deeper faith and a faith where we are all connected. This is a book to keep out in your home and a book to give. We all parent in different ways and no matter how you fit that role, these prayers will be beneficial and nurturing to your soul. This work from Kayla Craig has been a deep exhale for me.
