Aprs une macration de soixante jours en grappes entires avec pigeage, llevage se fait sur lies, en barriques dacacia et de chne de 400 litres. Le rsultat est un vin orange de toute beaut, quilibr, long et complexe. Un vin de gastronomie qui saccordera avec peu prs tout. Vin naturel sans sulfites ajouts.
