Well that didn't last long

Worked great at first, but only got it last November and it doesn't work now in April. I've cleaned it out totally and it still sounds awful. I don't know what's wrong. I mostly use this on my face every morning. It should have lasted longer.

I have been using this trimmer for a little over a week now as part of my personal grooming routine.
