In short
- This website collects only what you send us through the contact and report forms, plus standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) used for security and to keep the site working.
- We don't use third-party advertising trackers on adaptx.ca. Fonts and assets are served from our own servers.
- Information you send us is used to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. We don't sell it.
- Client data handled under a service agreement is governed by that agreement and by applicable Canadian privacy law, including PIPEDA and Alberta's PIPA where they apply. Client data is never used to train models the client doesn't own.
- You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@adaptx.ca.
