How quotes, payment, cancellation, and refunds work for AdaptX products, hosting, and services.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Fixed-scope work, such as an AI strategy assessment, is priced in the proposal. Larger projects are scoped in phases, each with its own estimate, so you're never committing to more than the next phase.
Payment
Hosting and product subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually as selected. Project work is invoiced according to the milestones in your agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days.
Cancellations
- Hosting and subscriptions: cancel any time from the client dashboard or by emailing support@adaptx.ca. Service continues to the end of the paid period. Annual plans cancelled within 14 days of first purchase are refunded in full.
- Project work: governed by the cancellation terms in your agreement. Work completed to the cancellation date is invoiced, and everything produced to that point is delivered to you.
Refunds
If a hosted service is unavailable for reasons within our control beyond the levels in your agreement, we credit the affected period. If fixed-scope work doesn't deliver what the proposal describes, we fix it or refund the affected portion. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
