What we expect

• Lawful and ethical conduct. Compliance with the laws of every jurisdiction you operate in, including labour, safety, anti-corruption, and export controls.
• Security. Suppliers with access to our systems or our clients' data meet the controls we apply internally, and tell us promptly about any incident.
• Data handling. Model providers, cloud providers, and tools we use with client data must not retain or train on that data beyond what the client has agreed to.
• Confidentiality. Client information is never shared with third parties without written agreement.
