What is the security team?

Our security team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In the event of a security breach, you may contact our security team and they will help you determine the best course of action. Depending on the damage, our crisis management team will fly to your business to help you.

Why can’t I reset my password?

Security is extremely important to us. Only account administrators have access to password recovery options. All password changes (for the AdaptX Dashboard and other critical infrastructure) are logged by our team. For password related inquiries, please contact us directly.

How do I pay online?

The AdaptX Dashboard is available for all clients. It allows you to access invoices, submit support tickets, and make payments using a credit card online. Alternatively, you can contact our billing team (extension 3) or visit any AdaptX office to make a payment.

What is a support plan?

When you purchase services through AdaptX, you have the option to select an alternative support plan. Support plans give you additional support when you need it at no additional cost. Without a support plan, changes not covered by the basic warranty are charged at $150 per hour.

Who owns my website?

If our team designs a website for your company, it belongs solely to you. Even if you choose to host it with us, you have complete control and administrator access to all files that make up your website.

What is the security retainer?

The AdaptX Security retainer is a supplemental fee for larger corporations. It gives your business a direct line for our security department and a reduced charge for security related services. Security calls are also free 24/7, 365 days a year.

How do I protect my work?

Privacy is extremely important to us. For early stage development projects (including product prototyping), we ensure that your designs remain private and guarantee that our team will use complete discretion when completing work. Furthermore, we are experienced in patent drafting and would happily discuss how we can help you keep your product safe.

What happened to XDrive?

Starting December 1 2019, XDrive will no longer be available for clients. We have transitioned to Google Workspace to better align with our company whitepaper and will work with existing XDrive users to make sure they have a seamless transition to Google’s platform.

Is there a fee for late payments?

We understand that businesses have setbacks that can prevent them from making a payment on-time. We are more than happy to setup payment plans or delay the due date for a payment within reason. Frequent late payments pay result in suspended services and/or a late payment fee of 10%.
